Which contract am I on?

This article concerns customers who opened an account before 01/10/2024 and who have NOT – from that date onwards – changed their plan or purchased any extensions, by signing the new Contract with Financial Tool Extensions (hereinafter the "New Contract").

Starting from 2024, Qonto has updated its plans to offer more value. Keep reading to find out what changes and how to switch to the New Contract and Qonto's new Plans.

 

What changes if I switch to the New Contract?

The New Contract includes the same six Plans – though fully updated – to offer you greater operational capacity and new features, along with four optional paid modules (so-called Extensions), which you can add to your chosen Plan whenever you wish. For details on the features included in each Extension, click here

Find out what changes in relation to your Plan:

Basic Plan — price unchanged (€11/month or €108/year)

  • Virtual cards: 0 → 2
  • PagoPA included: 0 → 10
  • SEPA fee per additional transfer: €0.40 → €0.20
  • New features included: customer and supplier invoices, receipt forwarding, custom labels, historical analysis, automatic categorization, VAT calculation

Smart Plan — price unchanged (€23/month or €228/year)

  • Included SEPA transfers: 60 → 100/month
  • SEPA fee per additional transfer: €0.40 → €0.20
  • Physical cards: 1 → 2
  • PagoPA included: 10 → 20
  • Admin user seats: 1 → 2
  • New cash flow features included (historical analysis, automatic categorization, VAT calculation)

Premium Plan — price unchanged (€45/month or €468/year)

  • Included SEPA transfers: 100 → 200/month
  • Physical cards: 1 → 2
  • PagoPA included: 10 → 30
  • Admin user seats: 1 → 2
  • New cash flow features included (historical analysis, automatic categorization, VAT calculation)

Essential Plan — price increase (€34 → €59/month or €588/year)

  • Sub-accounts/additional IBANs: 4 → 9
  • Included SEPA transfers: 100 → 250/month
  • SEPA fee per additional transfer: €0.25 → €0.15
  • Physical cards: 2 → 5
  • Team members: 2 → unlimited
  • New Manager role included
  • New cash flow features included (historical analysis, automatic categorization, VAT calculation)

Business Plan — price unchanged (€119/month or €1,188/year)

  • Sub-accounts/additional IBANs: 9 → 29
  • SEPA fee per additional transfer: €0.25 → €0.15
  • PagoPA: 10 → unlimited
  • Team members: 10 → unlimited
  • New cash flow features included (historical analysis, automatic categorization, VAT calculation)

Enterprise Plan — price decrease (€299 → €249/month or €2,388/year)

  • Sub-accounts/additional IBANs: 24 → 99
  • Included SEPA transfers: 1,000 → 10,000/month
  • SEPA fee per additional transfer: €0.25 → €0.10
  • PagoPA: 10 → unlimited
  • Team members: 30 → unlimited
  • New cash flow features included (historical analysis, automatic categorization, VAT calculation)

⚠️ Note: When switching to the updated plans, some features previously included (unlimited virtual cards, recurring invoices, reminders, spending categories and team budgets, and approvals) are now available within the Extensions – optional packages you can add to your plan based on your needs – along with many other new advanced features. Do plan prices change?

For most plans, no. The exceptions are Essential and Enterprise:

How can I switch to the New Contract?

You can make the switch independently directly from your Qonto account in just a few clicks: Settings > Billing > Change plan

👆You will be asked to select the new plan and sign the new contract.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team available 24/7 via in-app chat or phone, who will guide you in choosing the plan best suited to your needs.

⚠️ Note: When switching to the New Contract, you are free to choose any plan, including one at a lower price than your current one.

 

Do I have to change my plan?

No, you are not required to. You can stay on your current plan with no expiry and without anything changing in your account: your existing cards, IBANs, users and settings remain unchanged. The switch to the New Contract only happens if you decide to make it.

Please note that plans signed before 01/10/2024 may not include all the features available on Qonto: switching plans allows you to access the most complete offering.

👉 The switch is permanent – once completed, it will not be possible to go back to the previous plan.
