How can I activate and access Account Remuneration?

How do I activate remuneration?

Activating remuneration is simple: just read the Terms and Conditions and tick the box in your account settings to confirm your consent and tax residency. No additional contracts or paper documents are required.

  • 💻 To access it from the web app: go to Business account > Accounts.
  • 📱 From your mobile app: go to Menu > Accounts.

If you don't see the option yet, check that you have an eligible plan (Smart or above, subscribed from 1 October 2024). You can change your plan independently from the Settings > Plan and billing section of your app.

Note: you can deactivate remuneration at any time from the details page. If you meet the eligibility conditions, you will be able to reactivate it later. Please note that this will reset the transaction count required for the current month.

Where can I find my remuneration details?

From the Accounts section (web and mobile) you can view, for example:

  • your previous remuneration payment transactions
  • your current rate and the remunerated balance cap
  • your estimated earnings for the current year
  • the Qonto accounts included in the calculation

Note: Admin, Owner and Accountant roles can view the information, although only Admin and Owner can activate or deactivate it.

Can I access or withdraw my funds at any time?

Yes: your funds remain fully available. Nothing changes compared to the normal use of your account for payments.

What are the limits and requirements for Account Remuneration?

What is the minimum amount I need to maintain?
