What do you need to get started?
- Monthly invoicing: Set up your Google Ads account for monthly billing
- MCC Account: Have a manager account that oversees multiple customer accounts
- Right access level: Either Admin or Standard access to your Google Ads account
Do you need your Account ID?
Quick look! It's right at the top of your Google Ads dashboard – this unique number identifies your account
Do you want to check your billing details?
- Click "Billing" in the left menu
- Select "Billing Setup"
- You'll see all your billing setups listed with their names and IDs

How to find your invoice details?
Click any billing setup to see: • Invoice number • Issue date • Total amount • Associated account ID

How are your invoices named in Qonto?
We keep it simple: googleads_YYYY-MM_amount Example: googleads_2025-05_34567
👉 Quick tip: YYYY-MM shows the billing period (like 2025-05 for May 2025)
