While our standard invoicing solution is free and covers your basic needs, our Accounts Receivable Plus add-on provides advanced capabilities for growing businesses.
Until October 2026, available for all Qonto plans as a single add-on. From October 2026, it's replaced by two focused add-ons: Invoice Automation and Project Tracking.
Invoice Automation (€15/month monthly, €12/month annual): recurring invoices, automated payment reminders, unlimited electronic signatures for quotes.
Project Tracking (€25/month monthly, €20/month annual): helps you track every project, every client, every euro. Organize quotes, invoices, and payments by project or client, give your clients a single place to access their documents, and track your margin per project.
Together: €40/month (monthly), vs €45/month for the old Accounts Receivable Plus add-on.
⚠️ Not offered in Portugal or Belgium.

How much does it cost?
Starting April 1st, 2025, the Accounts Receivable Plus Add-On became available as an additional paid service. You can choose the billing option that works best for you:
- Monthly billing: €45/month excl. VAT
- Annual billing: €35/month excl. VAT (€420 billed once)
How can I manage my add-ons?
You can manage your add-ons from both the web and mobile app. On web, go to Settings > Billing and invoices (under Organizations) and click on the desired add-on. On mobile, access Menu > Settings > Price plan (under Organization) and select your add-on. What happens if I remove the add-on?
What happens if I remove one or both add-ons?
If you remove Invoice Automation, features such as recurring invoices, automated payment reminders, and unlimited electronic signatures for quotes will no longer be available.
If you remove Project Tracking, project management and client portal features will no longer be available.
You will keep access to the invoicing features included in your Qonto plan.
