While our standard invoicing solution is free and covers your basic needs , our Accounts Receivable add-on provides advanced capabilities for growing businesses. Available for all Qonto plans, it's designed for those who need more flexibility in document creation, automation, and customization.

How much does it cost?

Starting April 1st, 2025, the Accounts Receivable Add-On became available as an additional paid service. You can choose the billing option that works best for you:

  • Monthly billing: €45/month excl. VAT
  • Annual billing: €35/month excl. VAT (€420 billed once)

💡 There is currently a time-limited promotional offer available from April 1st to June 30th:

  1. Monthly billing offer : €35/month excl. VAT in April, May, and June
  2. Annual billing offer : €29/month excl. VAT for one year (€348 billed once), to be activated through your account settings before June 30th

 

How can I manage my add-ons?

You can manage your add-ons from both the web and mobile app. On web, go to Settings > Billing and invoices (under Organizations) and click on the desired add-on. On mobile, access Menu > Settings > Price plan (under Organization) and select your add-on. What happens if I remove the add-on?

No worries! You will keep access to all standard features. Your recurring invoices will pause, and customizations will return to standard format. While you can remove the add-on anytime, with both monthly and annual billing, access to advanced features will be removed immediately and no reimbursement for the remaining period.
