We've recently updated our policies and, like all payment institutions, we require some additional information from our clients. This process will take just a few minutes of your time.
To update your information, please follow these steps:
- Go to ⚙️ Settings > Organization details
- Click on the pencil icon next to your account name and edit your business information.
- Save the changes and don’t forget to click on Submit changes to complete the update.
What happens if I don’t submit the update?
If you do not complete the required update, your account will remain suspended. It is important that you proceed to avoid any interruption in service.
