My account has been suspended due to outdated information, what should I do?

We've recently updated our policies and, like all payment institutions, we require some additional information from our clients. This process will take just a few minutes of your time.

To update your information, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to ⚙️ Settings > Organization details
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to your account name and edit your business information.
  3. Save the changes and don’t forget to click on Submit changes to complete the update.

What happens if I don’t submit the update?

If you do not complete the required update, your account will remain suspended. It is important that you proceed to avoid any interruption in service.
