Who can access the Insurance Hub section?
All Qonto customers with an active account conducting business in Italy have access to the Insurance Hub section, regardless of their subscription plan. However, only Account Owners and Admins can manage insurance features through the web app.
Note: Qonto does not provide insurance services directly, but acts as an intermediary by facilitating access to such services through its partners, such as Facile.it
What insurance products are available in the Insurance Hub?
- Professional liability: protection against damage that could be caused to third parties during the exercise of your activity.
- Temporary death insurance: customisable insurance to cover the risk of death.
- Accident policy: customisable insurance for accidents.
Who are Qonto's insurance partners?
We currently work with Finital SRL (part of Facile.it) but we are constantly working to extend our portfolio to include additional insurance partners, thus expanding the range of solutions available.

How can I request an insurance product?
To subscribe to insurance through Qonto, follow these steps:
- Access the Insurance Hub from your account.
- Explore the products available for your business and select the one that interests you to view the details.
- Click on Get a quote: you will be redirected to the insurance partner's platform (for example, Facile.it) to complete your request or to be contacted by a consultant, depending on the selected product.
