To get a document related to your Qonto account, you have two options:
- Download it from the app (web or mobile)
- Request it via the chat bubble (web or mobile) Our AI agent (The Operator) generates the document in the conversation.
Where can I find my documents in my Qonto app?
You can view and download the following documents anytime from your web and mobile app. Click a link to see the steps.
- How can I get my account details (IBAN)?
- How can I get my account statements?
- How can I access and download my Qonto invoices?
- How can I get a proof of transfer (SEPA)?
- How can I get a proof of international transfer?
- Account certificate (see below)
How can I get an account certificate?
The account certificate is an electronically signed document. It includes your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT and can be used to prove the ownership of your account.
☝️ Tip: You can choose to include your current account balance by ticking “Include current account balance”.
From the web app
- Go to Business account
- Either:
- Transactions > Account details
- or Accounts and select your main account
- In Get your account certificate, choose the language (English or the language of the country where your company is based) and click Download PDF
From the mobile app
- Go to Menu > Accounts (IBAN) and select your main account
- Tap Account certificate
- Choose the language
- Tap Download PDF
How can I request a document via the chat bubble?
Open the chat bubble and tell us what you need (for example: “I need my invoice for March fees”). Our AI agent (The Operator) will generate the document in the conversation.
To help us find it faster, mention the month, transfer amount, or invoice period (if relevant).
The Operator can generate:
- Account details (certified IBAN with Qonto stamp)
- Account certificate
- Statements
- Qonto invoices (annual and monthly)
- Proof of payment (SEPA and international)

Who can access official account documents?
Access to official Qonto account documents depends on your role.
Owner and Admin
Owners and Admins can access all official documents (including the account certificate and Qonto fee invoices).
Other roles (when applicable)
Some documents are also available to other roles (in addition to Owner and Admin roles):
- Account details (IBAN): Accountant and Manager roles—with the right permissions
- Statements: Accountant roles
- Proofs of transfer: any user who initiated the transfer
