How to download a proof of international transfer?

It is possible to download a proof of transfer directly from your Qonto interface, in case of request for a proof by a third party, for example.

 

☝️ Good to know: Downloading a proof of transfer is available to Account OwnerAdmins, and Managers with the appropriate permissions.

Managers without permissions or Employees will not be able to download proofs of transfer, they must contact an Admin or the Owner. 

 

From your web app 💻 :

  1. go to the Business account tab
  2. then in the Transactions tab
  3. select the transfer
  4. click on Download proof of payment

 

From your mobile app 📱:

  1. go to the Transactions section
  2. select the transfer
  3. click on Download proof of payment

 

☝️ Good to know: This document can be downloaded only if the transfer has been executed (there might be a delay after the transfer is completed until the proof of payment is made available due to intermediary banks and payment partners).
