How do I export all the client and supplier invoices from my account?

You can export all paid, unpaid, and canceled invoices in a few clicks. This saves you time and makes it easier to manage and share your financial documents with your accountant.

Who can export invoices?

All roles such as owner, manager, admin, and accountant can export invoices.

How do I export invoices from my interface?

You can export the client or supplier invoices only from the Qonto web app on your desktop by following the steps below ๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. Go to the Invoices section.
  2. Click on Client Invoices or Supplier Invoices, depending on your need.
  3. Click on the โ€œExport Invoicesโ€ icon in the top right corner of your screen.
  4. Select the export period by choosing between:
    • This Month, for all invoices from the first day of the current calendar month
    • This Year, for all invoices from the first day of the current calendar year
    • Custom Period, to select invoices from specific dates
  5. (Optional) Tick the box to export paid, unpaid, and canceled invoices in separate folders.
  6. Click on Export. Please note that the exported files will be in their original format (PNG, PDF, or JPG).

You will then receive a link by email to download the export. The link will remain active for 7 days.

๐Ÿ’ก Accountants can export either from the Supplier Invoices section or the accounting hub.

 

Why do I receive an error message when exporting my invoices?

This can happen if you have selected a period with no invoices. Please try another period to see if this fixes this issue. Otherwise, please contact the support.
