You can download your account statements from Qonto on web and mobile. Statements are available in PDF format only.
You can also request your statement directly from the chat bubble (web or mobile): our AI agent (The Operator) will generate it in the conversation.
How can I download my statements from the web app?
- Go to Business account > Accounts
- Click Download account statements
- Select the account (main account or subaccount) and the monthly period
- Download the statement PDF
How can I download my statements from the mobile app?
- Open the app and go to Menu
- Tap Accounts (IBAN), select the relevant account, then tap Account statements
- Select the monthly period you want, then tap the arrow in the top-right corner of your screen
My statement isn’t available yet — what should I do?
Statements are usually generated in the first few days of the month. If it’s the first day of the month, check again the next day. It should be available then.
If you need a similar document in the meantime, you can export transactions:
- Go to Business account > Transactions (web)
- Filter by settlement date
- Click Export transactions and choose a simple export or a custom template
💡 Need statements for a full year? Statements are generated monthly, so there's no single annual PDF. Here are two ways to cover the full year:
- Download each monthly statement individually
- Export all your transactions for the year at once by using the date filter to select the full year (e.g., 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025) and click Export transactions > Simple export.
Why doesn’t my statement balance match what I see in Qonto?
Statements include settled transactions only. Pending operations aren’t included. In the app, the balance shown is your available balance, which includes both settled and pending operations.
