You can download a proof of payment for an outgoing SEPA transfer from Qonto on web and mobile.

You can also request it directly in the chat bubble (web or mobile). Our AI agent (The Operator) will generate it in the conversation

Who can download a proof of transfer?

Downloading a proof of transfer for outgoing transfers is available to Account Owners, Admins, and Managers with the right permissions. If you don’t have access, ask an Admin or the Account Owner.

How can I download a proof of transfer (SEPA) from the web app?

  1. Go to Business account > Transactions
  2. Select the transfer
  3. In the side panel, click Download proof of payment

How can I download a proof of transfer (SEPA) from the mobile app?

  1. Open the app and go to Menu > Transfers
  2. Select the transfer
  3. Tap Download proof of payment

When is the proof of transfer available?

You can download the proof only once your transfer has been executed. It may take a little time to appear after completion, due to intermediary banks and payment partners.

Can I get a proof of funds reception (for an incoming transfer)?

Proofs of funds reception are not available in the Qonto app. You can request one from an agent via chat or by email at support@qonto.com.
