Who can download a proof of transfer?
Downloading a proof of transfer for outgoing transfers is available to Account Owners, Admins, and Managers with the right permissions. If you don’t have access, ask an Admin or the Account Owner.
How can I download a proof of transfer (SEPA) from the web app?
- Go to Business account > Transactions
- Select the transfer
- In the side panel, click Download confirmation
How can I download a proof of transfer (SEPA) from the mobile app?
- Open the app and go to Menu > Transfers
- Select the transfer
- Tap Download confirmation
💡 Good to know: if your transfer is still in progress, you can download the transfer confirmation. Once the transfer is completed, clicking on "Download confirmation" will automatically download the official proof of execution instead.
Can I get a proof of funds reception (for an incoming transfer)?
Proofs of funds reception are not available in the Qonto app. You can request one from an agent via chat or by email at support@qonto.com.
