SEPA B2B Direct Debits

Sign the SEPA Direct debit B2B mandate provided by the creditor

Log into your Qonto desktop App and upload it into the Direct debits section of your Business Account tab

Complete the mandate information: the Unique Mandate Reference (RUM), Your Creditor SEPA Identifier (ICS) and Direct debit type (one-time or recurring)
A B2B Direct Debit is an inter-enterprise direct debit. It is reserved only for payments between businesses and is mostly used by public institutions.
Another particularity of this mandate is that the debtor cannot claim a refund.
In case of dispute, the client must contact the creditor, no action is possible on our side.
How to recognize a B2B mandate?
👉 There is the mention "SEPA inter-enterprise direct debit mandate" on the page header
👉 It often includes the mention "You are not entitled to request a refund of a SEPA inter-enterprise direct debit from your bank".
💡If you have set up Strong Customer Authentication on your account, you will receive a confirmation request on your associated phone.

SEPA Core Direct Debits
You don't have anything to do on your Qonto Account!
All you need to do is to provide your Qonto bank details to your creditor. You can download them anytime from your account. The creditor will be allowed to debit your account.

The SDD CORE allows to be paid or debited on one's bank account, by any type of customer. Both businesses and individuals.
You can dispute a SEPA Core Direct debit if the amount that appeared in your account history seems to be wrong.
How to recognize a CORE mandate?
👉 There is the mention "You are entitled to request reimbursement of the direct debit within 8 weeks"
You can suspend or reactivate a direct debit at any time.
